I have plus.net and compuserve accounts set up in Outlook 2000 but can't synchronise these with my LifeDrive. Versamail Account Setup detects a postmaster plusnet e-mail address on Outlook Express (I don't use Outlook Express, so don't know why this appears. But it detects neither my clare@ plus net account not compuserve accounts that are set up in Outlook. I tried setting them up manually on the LifeDrive, and tried a hotsynch - no mails from Outlook appeared in LifeDrive. I deleted the accounts on LifeDrive and tried setting up on the PC in Hotsynch, Custom, Versamail, Change, Add account ... e-mails still didn't appear on the LifeDrive. I've tried this with it set to synch past 7 days and past 0 days and neither works. Any ideas how I'm meant to set this up?
This would likely occur if the M$ I-Explorer is configured for OE as the default Email application. To inspect and change, ope IE, select Tools/ Internet Options/ Programs. Change the Email selection to app currently utilized.

I use Versamail with my web-based, non-work email account (which is what it sounds like you have - web-based at least). I don't sync Versamail, I just use it to dial in to my account and download/send emails.
