It's says it's brewing and the water will go into the "warming chamber", but then it like freezes and the Keurig won't do anything. It just continues to say brewing, but nothing happens. I've turned the machine off and tried to restart it, same thing happens. Also. I've only used "reverse osmosis" water in it the whole time. So, there shouldn't be any calcium build up. I've only had this machine for 8 months and I'm very disappointed that it's not working correctly already. If I can't get it fixed...I will not purchase another Keurig, I will go with a different brand.
