HP laserjet p3005 it was working ok as we don=ont change the settings often. From yesterday, as soon as we give a print command, it gives a message "LOAD TRAY 1 LIGHT LETTER, then when we press green button (check mark), it gices another option "USE TRAY 2 PLAIN A4" when we select this option, it prints out one page, for the next print we have to do this again.

Go to system settings and select the 'Printer' option.

Right-click on the printer and enable the 'Use Printer Online' function.

Cancel all the printing jobs till that moment and redo the process.

Sometimes the 'Printer Offline' message occurs due to a 'Job Stuck' issue.

Check all network connections and functions.

Be sure the network interfaces work properly.

Turn the printer off and on to see whether the device is working properly.

Page setings are not matching, select any paper size in printer.

try pressing on file print and change the icon from printer...... to the printer you inistalled as example turn it from hp 800c to mfc-7340

whe you give print check there is 1 option for number of pages change there 4 to 1 so you can print only 1 copy.

adjust the page setting through pagesetup .and then check out in the print preview first before giving the print command.

iam using hp5000n laser printer. It is giving 13.1 &13.3 error messages freequently. (This is paper jaming problem)
