Question about Texas Instruments TI-83 Plus Calculator

When I type 12!/5!7! I'm getting 2.01180672e10. My answer is suppose to be 792. Please help.

First solve for 5! and put this in the memory. Then solve for 7! and multiply by 5! (the number in the memory). Then divide answer by 12!. Then use the 1/x key to invert the fraction. You will then get 792.

sounds like a broken element or wire. with unit unplugged, using an ohm meter check all connections and check elements for resistance.
