Make sure the Lexmark X6570 printer driver is installed on your iMac desktop. You can download and install the X6570 printer driver by visiting the Lexmark website at http://bit.ly/hVA0vj. Select your operating system, download and execute the file. Follow the instructions on your computer screen.

I bought a new imac. OS X version: 10.9.1. I'm having trouble printing to my HP Office Jet 5610. Not all the words or images are being printed. Sometimes its an entire area of a page. Sometimes it

Before printing, you can choose the page setup option (either above or below the 'print' & 'preview' selection) to make sure paper size & type of paper(usually legal is default setting) selected. Also make sure the drivers for that printer is up to date. What kinds of images are you wishing to print out? Most pages have html which prevents certain images or words from being captured/printed

I have a new iMac all in one dual core 3.06GHz 4GB RAM..500GB HD memory....and when I shut down it will not close but keeps saying to force quit my Lexmark printer so it can shut down all the way? Why...

Your printers' app is keeping your Imac from shutting down. You have to quit the printers' app first then shutdown. Some outside vendors' apps (as Lexmark - has a function that prevents you from shutting down computer in case you have stuff printing) You can change that in your Lexmark preferences. And no it won't hurt the IMac, it's just a hassle until you change the printers' preferences.

Cant print using Dell A920 printer on my imac. printer set up shows driver is correct I think and the printer name is correct.

So clearly the Macintosh sees and recognizes the printer. WIll it let you queue a document to the printer? After you do, you will see an extra icon on the Dock that represents the printer queue. Open it up and see what is happening to the printer job. If it disappears, it was sent to the printer and the Mac thinks it was printer successfully; if it isn't printed then you have either a bad printer or a bad printer driver. If it stays in the queue and goes to "hold" state, look in the log to see what the error was -- the Mac is unable to negotiate with the printer to get your file printed.

Can I connect my apollo 2250 to my old imac?

OS X drivers for the Apollo 2250 apparently exist only in 10.5 and 10.6, both of which your iMac G4 is too old to run.
If you have this printer attached to another computer on your home network, you could activate printer sharing and allow your G4 to print to it that way.

27'' Imac won't print

try to print and in the print window click the blue button on the left of the top box with hopefully two arrows this should give you the option to choose a printer, follow the prompts when the brother is connected and on and you should get there.

How do you print cue cards

Do you mean "how do you make cue cards?" because printing them is the same as printing anything else. And just to be clear, what do you mean by 'cue cards'?
