I've had my s570 nikon for less than a year and started getting battery exhausted messages. After buying a new charger and new batteries I am still having problem. Will they take the camera back and replace it as it was a gift.Will there be any charge from nikon

If you purchase a product, you will be given a guarantee, check if the guaranteed time has not expired then it will be replaced. But if it has expired then you get a new one.

even new batteries can die. I only can advice you to try to start a charge cycle a few times in a row, but if the charger does not indicate it is charging, I'm afraid you really have to buy a new battery.
I have a Nikon battery that is almost 3 years off age and in the camera it says capacity 100% NEW. But it is used on a regular base and charged regular.

I went to the Nikon website and was told it was a 'firmware' issue that had been resolved. However, their solution is to download the firmware onto your SD card and upload it onto your camera, which you CANNOT do because it doesn't read the battery. Sent them an email, if I find a solution I will post it. I don't think I will buy another Nikon digital camera. I thought they were the best. I think that was in the past.
i have a nikon s570 that is about 18 months old. (not under warantee anymore) it won't turn on, so we bought a brand new battery, charged it and it still won't turn on. Nothing. no motor noise, no lights, nothing. any ideas? nikon wants us to send it to them for evaluation and fixing....any thoughts?
The S550 uses the EN-EL11 battery and the MH-64 charger while the S570 uses the EN-EL10 battery and the MH-63 charger. The two cameras have different USB connectors, so you cannot use the same cord. You can use the same software with the two cameras.
yes your battery are finish they can not hold the charge put new one on charge for 12 hrs not less
if there not fully charge it is your battery charger
