Most makers have a PDF file Manual by going to the makers site and navigating to the list of Manuals. Then you can either print your own once it is fixed or keep getting it online. For a few pages you can get copies for a modest fee or free at Libraries.

there is 1 of 2 defaults that if not changed should still be there

administrator with no password
if those were changed you will need an new NV RAM chip that will reset all your settings and passwords
user tools>system settings>admin> address book then select the user and you can scroll down or goto authentication and change the password. if you cant get into admin try the username administrator with no passowrd or service with no passwrd
This code is related to a current leak in the Charge Roller.
The first thing i advise you to do is clean the plug of the PCU (fotoconductor unit) and of course the PCU.
If you take out the PCU you will see a metallic pin and a spring (in the back of the machine). Clean it or vacuum it (could be dust of toner).
This should be it.
If that doesn't work you probably have a defective High voltage supply board.

Hi, in order to activate the double count for A3 paper, you have to go into "special" SP mode. The procedure is almost the same as going into regular SP mode, but as you hit "Copy SP" on the touch screen, make sure you are holding down the pound (#) key. Then you should be able to find 5104.
You can only change 5104 once, so one you enable it you won't be able to change it back to counting larger paper as 1 click instead of 2.
While running - press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
I needed to press firmly before it worked.
You need a paperclip.
Reset button is placed between network and usb connector.
After this you may login with username admin and blank password.
