LD and Navman SmartST with Bluetooth ?

Has anyone tried %subject% ? I've phoned Navman who told me 'not supported' 'won't work' 'some ppl were succsefull, but, it won't work properly' ' not sure if we will add support'. I aim to try, though, at this point, I seem unable to even install LD's Palm Desktop/Hotsync, the install prog crashes, Hotsync crashes on windoze startup.

You might need to install the NavMan T5 update (not the Palm T5 update!) before it'll work on your LifeDrive. Dunno, but try it without first.

Navman N40i compatability with Vista

Solution to get GPS Navman N40I working with Windows Vista.

I solver the problem (most of it) by uninstalling the old activsynk witch was delivered with the manufactory CD. Then I downloaded from “http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/en-us/help/synchronize/device-center.mspx” Windows Mobile Device Center. After installing this software I connected my Navman N40I to my PC and waited to for the Mobile Device Center application to load. When it tried to gain partnership with my GPS I removed it. Voila, and the SmartST Desktop 2006 SE application was able to communicate with my GPS.

Hope this will help you!

Kind regards

Have got a brand new S50 Navman and am unable to connect to my mobile phone via bluetooth. The brand of mobile phone is F850 ZTE. I am in Australia and the phone is bluetooth capable, i just can't get it...

I found out that the phone i have will not connect with my navman S50. I tried a couple of other phones and it worked without a hitch. All i wanted to do was confirm that the bluetooth function on my navman was working. Thank you.
