My Delstar MP3 player/voice recorder wont come on. I changed the battery and it said STARTING. When I took the battery out and put it back in, it wouldn't come on. I turned it on, and it went to the last song I listened to, like always. I pressed the play button. the song started playing, then it cut off. what could be the problem?

Delstar is a USB mp3 player and you don't need any statup disk. Maybe it came originally with a CD as help to intall USB port on windows 98SE
If it won't work simply inserting it in your USB port check if it's blocked by lock but I believe it has no lock so if won't work, it is DEAD.
either the program of the mp3 is corrupted that's why its did not open..try to connect the mp3 player to the pc...when the mp3 player was detected there,it means that your mp3 is good..try to open the file there...when it not...so the problem is that the file is corrupted...download new mp3 songs there. through internet...
