My brand new Canon IP 100 pixma printer wont print cause it's saying "offline." I've turned it off and on numerous times. What can i do?

check to make sure you have it set on the right printer by find printer... if that is okay check your ink levels and make sure they are in properly... you might also want to try restarting the printer and if none of those work you will have to try and uninstall the printer and then reinstall it....

there is always a way to fix things,

it may be the settings in the printer itself. it does need to be configured to work on the network, you will need to see if it is on the network firstly. then setup ip settings afterwards to get it going, then a re setup on the computer.

try on the print menu open file and you will see offline click on it to change to online and let me know again if we can try another solution

For Vista wireless setup: Open your Control Panel. Choose Printers. In the Printers box it lists your printers. Hover over the wireless printer icon, right click, choose Run as Administrator, then choose Use Printer online. This should change the status of the printer to Ready (from Offline). If the orange lamp blinking only it's the print head is not installed, or it is not properly installed.Open the cover remove the print cartridges then remove the print head and put back it on.If not help the print head is defective and need replace.
If the orange lamp blinking with green alternately it's ASF (cam) sensor error.The problem is in sheet feed unit.
