Feroza. Loosing a password is as bad as loosing the only key to your front door. Loosing equals forgotten. Facebook has a lot of ways to recover your account, but you should have left at least one email account where you still have access to, before you last connected to FB.
They even can send a reset pass word code to one of the first e-mail addresses you used to verify you were a real person and not a bot. Remember you had to open a mail and send back a number, or click a link while setting up your account.

Actually your husband has remembered his account that's why when you open Facebook,his account comes out automatically. So you need to logout your husband account before open your account. Open Facebook, Your husband page will open. On the home page of there is a drop down menu name as 'Account' on the top right side. When u click on drop down. Drop Down opens and the last option is 'Logout', Just click on it your husband account will be logged out. When it will be logout, Facebook main page (Sign in Page) will open, Now Just enter your Email and password there and your account will be open.

Step 1: Go to facebook.com
Step 2: Click on 'Forgot your password?' instead of clicking log-in so many times.
Step 3: You will be redirect to this page
Step 4: Enter you email or phone number, then a reset password will be sent to your email or phone.
Step 5: Then, go check you email or phone, use that password given to log-in with Facebook again.
Step 6: After you have been logged-in, go to Account (Click the down arrow of and you'll see these; click on account settings.

Step 7: Change your password. You need to enter the reset password first, then the password you wish to enter ( a password mix with letters, numbers or symbols is safer and stronger but make sure you can remember it).

The only way you can retrieve this facebook is to either log into or remember which email you have set it up with then go through password recovery right from the login page. They have several recovery options...

If you dont remember the password from the email account they also have a password recovery procedure you can go through...

From here you actually have several options, if you have a phone number registered to your account or with your account you may have the password or a unlock key text to your device

Go to the Facebook website and just go through the password reset process.

That means click on the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? button on the main Facebook login page.

Then an email will be sent to your registered email account containing a new reset password for your Facebook account. Once you have that, just log back into Facebook with the reset password and then you change it to something you like.

Just make sure you remember it this time and don't do this too often or your account will be disabled.
