Question about Jandy Lite2 Lj175n 175,000 Btu Natural Gas Heater
Before you undertake this project, you should know that you will not just need the orfices. You will also need a different gas valve.
gas valve part number is : r0096900 for propane ($300.00+)
orfice part number: L0032900 (set of 2) ($3.00)
As you can see, this gas valve is not cheap. The lite2 is a very reliable heater, but chances are that if its been out of service, yo will also have to replace the thermocouple which will be another $75-$100.
Its very unlikely that anyone at your local pool supply store will have the gas valve in stock. They will definately not have the orfice in stock. Your best bet if you still want to proceed is to purchase these parts off the internet. Just google Jandy pool parts. then goto a few sites, search for the part numbers i gave you, and check for the best price.
