Where is the subfolders

Sub folder means a folder in a folder. Just like My Music, My pictures are the sub folder with respect to My documents. The second thing is that there are some hidden folders and file that can be seen in normal view as there is an option for hidden files in MY Computer....>Tools in upper menu bar......>Options....>View and then select "Show My hidden files and folders." All the folders and sub folders will be shown.

best of luck!

How do I record information, shut the recorder off then go back to the same spot and continue recording information so that all the information is all together?

Most digital voice recorders, have a filing system. It is usaully labeled either: A, B, C, D or 1, 2, 3, 4 (these are the main folders) and each of these folders contains a set amount of files (in most cases about 99 subfolders). So you can have folder A file 1, 2, 3 and so on... When pressing the RECORD button for the first time you are in one of the main folders and your recording gets a sub folder number. To continue recording where you left off last time or where 'stopped' use the PAUSE and not the STOP function. The moment you press STOP instead of PAUSE you will change the sub folder number - and therefore not have one continous recording. If you turn the power off or remove the batteries you will also change the sub folder number. Most of the better recorders have a voice activation function that places the recorder on pause automatically when there are no sounds. It will not change the sub folder number when it starts recording again - and will automatically pick up where it left off.

Acer Crystal Eye Webcam JPEG error #52

This is usually cause by a file in your "My pictures" folder that is oversized and cannot be handle by the Crystal Eye software. Simply move all files (not sub folders) from your "My pictures" folder into a sub folder.

I am missing a large group of photos on my SD memory card but the photos that are on the card BEFORE and AFTER the missing group of photos are numbered consecutively with no gap in the numbering sequence....

Hi Jame23a,

A memory card is structured like a hard drive. It has folders and they have sub-folders.

Many cameras automatically separate pictures that were taken at different settings (image size, resolution, motion) into their own sub-folders.

When accessing them from a computer, the separation is easy to see. On the camera, not so much.

There is an option in viewing to select the images. The sub-folders that separate your pix will be grouped in with the rest of the pix on the primary storage folder. Select that.

Best regards
Mike

Psp

You just connect the psp to your computer using a usb cable. Then create a folder in your Memory Stick Duo named “PSP“, under this folder, create a sub-folder named “GAME“, under this sub-folder, create another sub-folder named “UPDATE” (Note: all folders name must be CAPITALIZED).Download the PSP 5.51 update file via this link: http://du01.psp.update.playstation.org/update/psp/image/us/2009_0611_148d2a024741df54eacabbc79d9f3014/EBOOT.PBP.Save the file as “EBOOT.PBP” to your desktop then inside the UPDATE folder copy the EBOOT.PBP.Then go to games>memory stick and hit the x button there should be an game press x again to upgrade. The udpate process will take about 10 minutes.Thats all.

I have just tried to put a background on my R4 card, and i have pasted it onto the _SYSTEM_ folder, which i was told to do, and now there is no background. Please tell me what I should do. Thanks.

In the _SYSTEM_ folder you must have a "Themes" folder to put the skin files, into thet folder you can put many "theme#number" folders with different skins (i.e: theme13)
Into these theme# folder you put 4 image files forming the skin theme, with exactly the same names:
LOGO.BMP (upper screen)
INCONS.BMP (bottom screen)
BCKGRD_1.BMP (upper "games" sub menu screen )
BCKGRD_2.BMP (bottom "games" sub menu screen )

These images must be .BMP 8-BIT / 24-BIT sized 256x192 píxels.

I can't find my songs or hear them

I came across the same problem with my Muvo V100. It appears that the unit has a folder access limit of some kind (seems to be 24 folders not sure what detrmines the ones it chooses). I synch with Windows media player and it creates a folder called Music in the root. Within that folder it places sub folders named for the band that the music is from. Within those folders it creates yet further sub folders with the name of the CD the music came from and then finally within those it places the MP3 or WMA files. It appears there may be too many sub folders for the Muvo to be able read all the music. I took all of the MP3 and WMA files and pulled them out to the main Music folder. I then deleted all of the sub folders named for the bands and the albums. When I start the Muvo now it allows access to all of the songs. There may be a way within Windows media player to configure the synch so it doesn't create all of these sub folders. I've not checked. If it is then it would eliminate the manual work of pulling the music files out to the main Music sub folder.
