If addressbook is presently syncing to Contacts in Outlook, then you will need to reinstall the desktop to alter the conduits. The reinstall should overlay the present version. Just select to alter conduits when requested.

I have had the same problem... twice.  First time I held down some keys just trying desperately to get it to come back to life.  Well I hit the right combination for a hard reset.  So I lost all my data.
Second time I took my phone into the Sprint Store across from Sprint HQ in KC.  The only thing they knew to do was a hard reset. I'm suspicious since I was having trouble removing my battery the second time, that my battery's position may have caused some type of short.  Still searching. KC Ron

Yes it is, when you bought you're phone, you should have recived a cable to, this cable will be able to conect to you're phone and to you're computer. When it's conected you control the rest from you're computer, and you can download all you elements you want from you're phone into you're computer. Of course, if you have bought this phone from a friend, or you've stealed it or something, you may not have the cable, then you can go to a electrical shop or a phone shop and show/tell them your phone model, and I'm sure they will have the right cable for you ;)
