Nino 500 and WinCE 3.0?

Philips Nino 500: can it be uprgraded to WindowsCE 3.0? I would MUCH rather have 3.0 than 2.11. Is it possible?

You can't update windows on Nino. Nino has non-flash rom so one way to change the windows is to change the rom-chip. A few years ago the rom chips were avable from Philips until they had discontinued Ninos in '99.

Hp Pavillion dv4 1430us doesnt boot up, Can anyone help ? So I have an issue with my laptop where it doesnt boot up and just shows a black screen and i tried everything but it didnt work.
