Question about Haier ESA3125 Wall/Window Air Conditioner
Two things generally cause the problem you're having.
The drain hole in the drip pan near the rear of the unit is clogged and/or the rear of the unit is not tilted down enough for the water to flow to the drain hole. 1/4" to 1/2" is the rule of thumb for the rear tilt.
Finding the drain hole is often a challenge. As, the clog can blend in with the drain hole. Persistence and patience are the key to finding it. A pipe cleaner works well to clear the hole.
I hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.
