It seem your current version "LF94510J.64T.0000.2009.0123.1105" doesnt have any BIOS ID's which is required to upgrading. Where '0000' should have any version number.
I recommend using DOS environment when upgrading BIOS, this is the safe way flashing BIOS..so download file LF94510J.86A.0278.BI.ZIP here.
Extract all files on USB flash disk which is bootable flash disk. Run files executable on the command prompt and follow the instructions..

Error: "Intel CPU uCode Loading Error" - "Press F1

This could have been a RAM issue or a BIOS issue. Check your RAM first and reset your CMOS. If possible upgrade your BIOS version from the manufacturers website. but be very careful if you do so. a wrong move may spoil your Board completely.

Sir,i just want to update my bios "phoenix-award bios v6.00pg,and motherboard is foxconn 865gv.pls tell me where to find the updated bios.

Hi, you can seach for software here:

http://www.foxconnchannel.com/product/motherboards/chipset_compare.aspx?socket_id=en-us0000002&chipset_id=en-us0000015&Socket=Socket+775&Chipset=Intel+865GV

You need the full mainboard number in search for the
right software.

Or here at intel:

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx?lang=eng

Or run the utility at the page.

Flashing the bios with a wrong one WILL destroy the mainboard.
You have to be 100% sure its the right one.

Verify four things:

1. You are not plugged into the onboard video VGA port

2. Onboard video is disabled in BIOS.

3. Power is actually being applied to the card(make sure the fan spins up)

Windows 200o pinstallation problem on intel 945 motherboard

I think that this can be bypassed on a per boot basis (press F7) on the boot where it asks you to press f8 if there is any problems. (before win2k flash screen)

you can get round this by updating your motherboard's BIOS

To upgrade your bios you need to follow the online instructions carefully.  (mis flashing your BIOS  can stop your board from loading at all)

FOR BOARD D945GCZ!!! WARNING  IF THIS IS NOT YOUR BOARD DO NOT CONTINUE AS THE FILES WILL BE WRONG!!!!

To upgrade to the latest bios  you first need to upgrade to ver 1788 (you cannot go direct to the latest version.. if your current BIOS Version is already 1788 you can skip this

please read and follow the instructions on this page http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=N&Inst=Yes&ProductID=2063&DwnldID=9165&strOSs=19&OSFullName=Windows*+2000&lang=eng
one this is completed you can upgrade to the latest version here
