My side-by-side GE refrigerator, Model # PS123SGRC, is malfunctioning and '"HRS" is blinking on the control panel. In addition, some of the button lights on the water dispener area are flickering. The refrigerator is not cooling, the panel that usually displays the temperature is no longer doing so. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

GE pss25ngnacc____refrigrato is to cold can't control tem

start by putting freezer control on half way on the numers. lets say it goes to ten set on five, do the same on refrig side . let run for 24 hrs. so it can stabalize. if it is ok in freezer and things are frozen and too cold in fridge side turn the refrig side to one smaller number. check again in 24 hrs. don't keep opening the door so that it can stabalize. if that doesnt work then it could be the cold control not senseing the temp of the refrig.

GE Arctica intermittant clicking sound, panel flashes "hrs"

It sounds like the main control board is going bad . This controls every part on the fridge , except for the light bulbs . It's located on the back of the refrig , behind an 8" X 10" panel , with about 11 screws , holding the panel on . Part number WR55X10656 .

HRS flashing, nothing getting cold

Your refrigerator has a control board on the back behind a metal panel. Unplug and look at both sides to see if you see burn marks or loose solder. Go to this site and place model PS123NCRBV into the model search feature. That will take you to 13 similar models. The board on back is my first concern and the control inside will need to be looked at also if you find no problems on the back. The control board number is WR55X10656 let me know what you find, Thanks, Sea Breeze
