The software comes with the most updated drivers available for your device.
If you can see your product code (written in this format :BS000) just type it on their site's search bar. Installation and download instructions are also available on every Products Information page.
Hi, You must have the model number of your device in order to obtain the correct driver. If when you plug it in and a window comes up offering to search the internet for a driver select that option. If after and the search proves unsuccessful, updating it from the Device Manager will also fail. It's possible that the computer will recognize the device and not give you the window explain above. In that case try to locate the device in the Device Manager. The device will be flagged. Right click and update driver. Good Luck
Toshiba is an electronics company that manufactures various products, ranging from televisions to computers. Some of the older Toshiba laptop models don't have built-in Bluetooth technology. To use Bluetooth on a model like this, you need to purchase a USB Bluetooth dongle and install it on your laptop. Installation and use of these devices is simple.
1.Switch on the laptop, and remove the protective cap from the Bluetooth dongle. 2.Plug the Bluetooth dongle into a free USB port on the laptop. 3.Wait for the laptop to load the necessary drivers. When this process is done, a notification will appear above the system tray (bottom right corner). 4.Right-click on the Bluetooth sign in the system tray to use the dongle. "Send a File" allows you to search for other Bluetooth devices and transfer files to them. "Receive a File" makes the laptop visible to other Bluetooth devices. In the "Options" menu, you can change the Bluetooth name, pair the laptop with other devices and manage various settings.

This device, according to the Jabra website, is intended only for phones, not PC's. The PC is searching for a driver in order to know how to communicate with the device. Since the VBT2050 does not have the necessary software contained within itself, the PC starts searching for device drivers. There are none that I could find on the Jabra website, so I don't think it is intended to be used with a PC.
go to the netgear website , go to the downloads / support section , select the model of wireless dongle and you should be able to download the drivers / software from there website

I bought this headset from Best Buy and it came with a usb dongle. I also lost the disc. Insignia's website is useless, and the Broadcomm update website is down at the time of this writing. After hours upon hours of scouring, I found a working driver, which works perfectly. This works on Windows XP, but I can't verify that it will work for Vista. I hope this helps you.
http://drivers.anycom.com/bluetooth/usb-200-250/anycom-bluetooth-usb200-250-windows-v5-1-0-4200.exe I will never buy Insignia products again because of their lack of driver support. Best regards,RobotJay
heyo.....Vista should find it right away. I have a bluetooth usb adaptor and had the same problem.... I found a site that helped me download a driver made for vista. http://www.jonsguides.com/Bluetooth®/tested.html
However that was last year...be sure to do a google search for the Manufacturer of you adaptor (dongle) first along with the words "bluetooth usb dongle vista driver" in the search bar.
I need the driver as well...
