sounds like someone tried to pry your window and punctured the seal. You can purchase the seal on Ebay and replace this seal yourself. You can also repair the crooked window yourself also but you will have to remove the door panel to do this. Just the other day I was watching a video on Youtube about this exact seal - Removal and Replacement.
does it have an ice maker and or water dispensor? if so start by turning off the water supply, see if the leaking stops. if it stoped you may have a broken water line or the water level valve is leaking. if that isn't the issue check your seal around the door to make sure it isn't leaking in warm air. if that is ok you will need to look at the self defroster to make sure it isnt defrosting all of the time.
The door seal on a front loader is usually part of the boot that seals the drum from the front panel of the machine. It is held on over lips on the door and outer drum. Pull the seal away from the front panel and it should reveal the lip, now pull the seal off the lip working around the whole area. Push the seal into the drum and work it off that lip too. Replacement is the opposite of the removal and just requires a little patience. (Take you old seal with when purchasing a new one to make sure you get the right part).
Check the door seal for splits or is it deforming. A door seal can be uasually obtained and easilly fitted. I would also check the door for alignment problems if so it could be the hinges,
Check that the rubber door seal isn't damaged. The smallest tear or split will let water out. A damaged door seal needs to be replaced with a new one. I assume the water level is normal because excessive water depth can do the same thing...A new door seal is not a big job for a tech......Nomess
The divider between the side by side frigerator/freezer where the door closes and seals is extremely hot- too hot to touch. Is something wrong with my refrigerator, should i unplug it?
