If you mob ask for PUK code,,
just whatever network you on:
orange,450 follow the promps
t-mobile:give you the puk on the sim holder when you 1st had sim,if lost ring them.
in fact just ring your network provider,,eg...orange,o2,etc,etc....
you need the telephone number of the sim that is asking for the PUK code,
if you registered your sim,you will need the 4digit password, you made when you registered, your sim with the network provider.
just tell them you need your PUK code.
they will give you a 8 digit number---your PUK code---
they also give you a sequence of keys to punch on keypad, that way you can reset the phones code as well..
your telephone number is linked to your simcard, not your phonre,,,
but if you cant get ur PUK code,,maybe you forgot your password on your account, then the network provider will not help you----that apply mainly to orange,,,
,just take sim out of phone,,and insert another..you will hav a different telephone number then..
do not try entering wrong PUK code more than 5-9 times, normally 10th try, will blow tiny fuse in your simcard, and no phone will read it then....it just say insert sim all time.
Call the service provider they will give the PUK Code...
MUJA RESET COAD CHAIE JEL
You can not reset a puk code as it is provided and kept by your sim
if you have blocked you sim (by entering the puk incorectly 5 or more times) then you will need to get a new sim card
hope this is usefull

hi there...
PUK is called Personal Unblocking Key...and this puk will be provided only by the GSM Operator...all you have to do is to call your cellular service provider..and they will provide you the PUK for free...that's it..
All the Best.

Go to your settings and look for a "security" option. Once your try to access this feature it will prompt you for a password, which could be either the last four of cell # or a default code (0000).
If your attempt works, you should see a reset option and that is the route you want to take in order to restore your device back to factory settings. Thanks.
