Thanks so Much!
I bought an et18000k enter tech magic sing on the internet Aug. last year and this item stop working May this year, not even a year. The music is distorted, like a broken record, out of tune, cant even understand what music is playing. I change the batteries, did all the trouble shooting listed, everything not working ..and I realize that the company where i bought this piece is from the Philippines, so rather ship there that is very expensive, is there an easier solution to repair for this, do know any service center along West Covina, CA. or Los angeles area

Hello Sean, the system is working, i could hear my voice, ther is a signal, but the problem is the music comng out is distorted, like broken slipping record, and cant understand what song is playing... The system has still a year warranty from wow video karaoke in the Philippines but i dont wanna send it there spending too much money for just the shipping and waiting too long to be fix. Can you fix it, where is your shop so i could bring it t you and test it, thanks.

Are you getting a green flashing light or none at all..
if green flashing light then it is the mic signal, if none at all, then it is the transceiver inside. contact me [email protected]

I have the same problem with a Koritech HandyStar 2004. I need to find out how I can get a replacement RCA cable/power connection cord.
