I have a PYLE Amp. Model No. PLA-2380. I had it installed into my car it was working great! And then one day it just stopped turning on. It is getting power, the Ground is still good, And my remote wire is working properly. O and the fuse is still good! What should i look for to determine what happened to my Amp?

You want to verify your wiring first. Use a volt meter to make sure the power and ground are good. You can jump the + to the Remote to bypass the head unit(after unhooking the remote wire). If at any point you had your speakers short out or wires hit together it will have smoked your power supply and damaged it internally. If you end up verifying the power and remote are working right and there is still no amp turn on, measure the fuse for resistance. Should be 0 ohms. If the fuse is good, the power/remote are good, then the amp is internally damaged. Any number of things could be wrong. Good luck

SOURCE: what is wrong with my system

wiring may not be the problem but try connecting each coil to separate channel and make sure polarities are correct.

There isn't one. You will need to contact Pyle and I am almost certain you won't be able to get one for free. Expect to pay $20 for one

SOURCE: is the pyle pla-1200 bridgable?

This appears to be the manual for several amps, including the pla1200
http://www.pyleaudio.com/manuals/PYLEChopperamps.pdf

If your amp is the same as in this manual, it is a mono amp (or one channel) amp. There is no need to bridge with a mono amp as it has only one channel. The diagram specific to pla-1200 is on page 20 of the manual.

How can i hook up my 2 pyle pla 2378's to a sony cdx gt09 cd player and get the maximum wattage from my subs

your amp should work with any cd player. the only way to make sure to get maximum wattage out of your subs, is to make sure that they are wired properly to get the correct impedance at your amp

Replacement parts for Pyle power amp PT-2000

VU meters are generally illuminated by small bulbs at the back of them. It's unlikely to be a powerfull bulb perhaps 12 volts perhaps around 200ma at the most. Most electrical shops should sell something that should suffice. It could be an LED though!

WILL NOT TURN OFF!

yes. the probs you bought a pyle. lol. the speakers were good back in the days but the electronics really suck and thus you get prlike you do BUT it seems like your installation technician did something wrong. once you turn your car off the unit should shut off. its probably hooked up to a negative ground or wrong wire.take it elsewhere before your car burns.
