Make sure that you have a data plan enabled, Data packets is checked in options. Are you able to surf the Net? If so then the problem is in applications settings.
I have successfully downloaded 2go to my blackberry phone, when i want to use the software, it refuse to open, I get the message "cannot connect to 2go servers. please check your GPRS settings with your netweork operator and try again. If the problem persists please visit wap.2go.in" can your guys please help me out,
go into your message settings and make sure everything matches this:
it should be set for the profile AT&T MMS
set name:AT&T MMS
access name:wap.cingular
auth type:none
user id& password should be blank
protocol:HTTP
home url:http://mmsc.cingular.com
proxy address:wireless.cingular.com:80
linger time:30 seconds
change them if they dont say this.
