I don't have the manual for the sony handycam 25x mega pixal. can you tell me where i can download the manual.

The camera has to be turned on during transfer of files.so it is no good discharging the battery.charge fully....connect to PC...make sure camera is turned.If you are using a front USB port will no luck try a rear USB port as they tend to connect directly to motherboard and are usually better ports to use.

I don't see where it has support for any memory card format. If you can find any slots built into the machine, upload a picture and we could probably tell you what they are, but from what I've read, you're either using the digital 8 tape, or you're streaming over USB to a computer.

Listen, I know you are not going to believe this, but the lens is stuck because there is something binding it. The most popular method for freeing this up is to smack the lens about three times, not real hard, but give it a couple of good ones and this should free it up. After you do this make sure to hold it lens down in case something needs to fall out and clear itself out. You should be good to go. I am not kidding, this works...

Hi,
    The internal memory for taking number of snpas depends on that on which Mega Pixal you are using. Hope that intentally or un-intentally you had change Mega Pixal from low to high, that's why the number of pics in internal memory reduces. Just keep your camera snaps mode (Where you take pics) then press junk or dustbin button and you can change the Mega Pixal quality as you want. Higher MP gain more memory and give less number of pics but with high resolution and lower MP gives large numer of pics with low resolution.
