I think unblock barring password is PUK code. The PUK code for your mobile number can be got from your network provider.

SIM CARD:

If you enter a wrong PIN code too many times, usually three, your SIM will lock itself. your puk code will have come with your sim card.
if you have lost it then, you will need to contact your service provider(orange,tesco,e.t.c.). there is no alternative way to get this code

your SIM card is VOID meaning it does not work any longer. That means you must contact your service provider, and they will have to send you a new SIM card. This happened to me once before, and it was a pain. :-( Anyways I did'nt get charged for the new SIM card though.

The default PUK is 00000000 (eight zeros). PUK and PIN are the service provider's security codes. And if you give wrong PUK five times then the SIM gets locked. And only the service provider can supply you new PUK. If eight zeros do not work then contact the helpline of your service provider and get a new one from there.
