When I connect my rx3115 to my laptop to sync the calendar, the times on my rx3115 calendar are off by 1 hour (advanced 1 hour). I have checked the clock setting and it is set for eastern US. Any ideas?

I have a lot of problems with the calender. when I first got the phone, a week or two ago, I put my work houres in it, and the whole week, no alarm. then weekend came and a small icon above of a small calender appeared, and the whole weekend it kept on going off 5 times in a row at 7.30, the time I needed to leave for work in the week, when it didnt went off at all O_o today, I had to leave at 8.30 and it went off at 8.30 but also at 7.30 again, while that's not an alarm in my calendar for today.. after work my cookie suddenly went out, I had to take the battery pack out to "reboot" it, now the calender icon is gone, I wonder if it will go off at 8.30 tomorow like planned or if it won't go off at all anymore again..
Another thing I noticed is, that when I put in a date from one houre to another is that it doesn't state the correct houre (when I put in 8.00 to 16.00 it shows 00.00 to 16.00) I put in until I open the actual appointement.
strangely enough, my cookie just lighted up it's screen as if I touched it out of itself and even more strange, the calendar icon up there is back..!
You may need to clear out the calendar database first on the BlackBerry device, and then try to synch again. Do the following:
1. Connect your BlackBerry via USB. 2. Open Desktop Manager and go to the Backup and Restore option. 3. Select Advanced. 4. The Desktop Manager will show the device databases on the right-hand side. 5. Scroll down and highlight the entry that says Calendar, then click on the Clear button.
Once Desktop Manager has cleared the calendar database try to sync again.
Unless you synced the palm on another computer, the palm only can back up the information when synced.
So if you sync it and the computer overwrites the handheld, the information never made it to the computer and thus cannot be restored.
The only thing you could check would be the backup folder in the palm directory under your profile name. Palm puts all of the .prc/.pdb files in there when you sync.
I was tring all the possible ways to resolve the issue. At last got a solution for my problem. Hope this will work for you all. Download the "OutlookConduitUpdater.zip" and install. This will resolve the calender "do nothing" while sync.
Calendar appointments will wake up the unit. You can change the power settings so that the unit will turn off after a certain amount of time. On my iPAQ rx3715, it's Start>Settings>Power>Advanced tab.
The pc clock needs to be set to daylight savings time. To do this right click on the time on you pc go to the time/clock settings and then click on the time zone tab and below the clock is the box that says automatically adjust for daylight savings time make sure that is checked and then re-sync the iPAQ.
