That clicking sound is probably the overload breaker cutting off the power to the compressor for some reason. It clicks in because it senses not enough cooling but clicks back off after a few seconds because of overload on the compressor for some reason. It tries over-and-over.

Your compressor has failed in some way or the expansion valve for the coolant is not releasing the pressure as designed. This causes high back pressure on the compressor and it can't push against it, so it stalls and draws high current until the safety breaker kicks out.

I'm wondering, does it not cool at all or is it cooling a little but not near enough?

Yeah, youd have to look at the model on the Indoor coil box, furnace will be setting on top of it. Youll need the model off that coil box to get the correct tonnage of the outdoor condensing unit, you can go 1/2 ton smaller on outdoor for greater efficiency.

Yeah this is an old fashioned wireless card, so yeah you need to find that before you can get back online, modern laptops have wifi built in, but until you find that card, your offline :(

This is to program up to 3 garage doors. Every vehicle is different so youd have to look up online how to program them but this is what the buttons are for. Hope this helps.

I would say not. I have done it many times (yeah a professional but i can tell you how) you can lift the bezel out it is pliable plastic. Just pry it up out off the console. youll see the bulb down there--youll need long legnth needlenose pliers to get it out-careful not to smash it. when you go back to gether youll have to use a screwdriver to tuck the plastic tabs(of the bezel) back ito the console. really your long reach pliers are the special tool cause other wise youd have to remove the whole center console(definitley a pro job).
