Motorola i1 Hard Reset

Resetting your i1:

  1. From the main home screen, tap menu
  2. Tap Settings, then SD card & phone storage
  3. Tap Master Clear
  4. Tap Reset phone
  5. Enter your password, then tap OK to confirm
  6. Tap Erase everything

  2. With the device turned off, press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the ZTE logo screen appears, then release.
  3. Press the Volume down button to highlight wipe data/factory reset.
  4. Press the Power button to select.
  5. Press the Volume down button repeatedly until Yes -- delete all user data is highlighted.
  6. Press the Power button to select.
  7. Wait as the device resets.
