Philips CDR570

My goodness, the spelling of some people is the pits. Hope I can do better! My problem is I have been recommended the above product as being the ideal machine to copy old cassette tapes directly on to a CD. Hence I can then save all the lovely music and recordings we have accumulated over the years and have them all preserved on Archival CDs. Now I cannot get one of these machines and need to know if there are any other equivalent machines. In the meantime I need the Philips CDR570 as my friend has one and have seen it work. Beautiful.
