Download the firmware updater and run it. It will give you options later to install the firmware user manual and media converter.

Hi. Seems like it's time to update your player's firmware. Mine got dislexic too and this is what I was told to do by the Sandisk tech support guys: If you have the E200 "Rhapsody" player (like E260R for example), use this link from the SanDisk website to update your Firmware: http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1449 If you have the "Standard" E200 player, use this link: http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1376 It fixed mine. I'm hopin it'll fix yours as well. :)
