How to Fix GPS Garmin GPSMAP64ST

I Have a new Garmin GPS Model GPSMAP64ST.

Sometimes when I change batteries the GPs doesnt works,

No turns on.its a big error for Garmin.

I have had to open it, take off the 8 screws at the back side with torch screw driver #7 and you can find that tha cover have a press contacts to translate the batteries voltage.It makes a False contact.If you make to make more pressure,its the same,again the same false contact.

Finaly I opened the GPS, soldered the possitive and negative contacts and now Its OK.

On My garmin gps 72H none of the buttons will work. EG I cannot change pages or turn off. Was working fine then changed batteries and this occured. Any suggestions??
I would read the owner manual first and then remove the batteries for a while and put back. This does not use recharge able batteries?

my gps doesnt show all the streets
Sometimes it will not all the streets, especially main streets, unless is zoomed in, try the zoom feature in and out, or three 3 d or 2 d feature.

my garmin 350 gps reads "gps is off" and doesnt work. it also always has the wrong location. how do i turn the gps on?
the gps is turned on by raising the piece in the back that is actualy the antenna....if you havent done this thats the problem.if you have then someting is not reciaving a signal and would have to be repaired...btw the piece is sometimes mistaken as a prop like on the back of a picture.....hope this helps

Garmin Forerunner 305 won't turn on and won't charge. Is there a fix or is this it for the device?

You can soft reset or hard reset the device. Hard reset deletes all data.
