Asus A32-N55 battery

Laptop battery waste, can be reused for the light bulb!
Even if a computer that had been used by pleasure favorite, I know the case that Asus A32-N55 AC adapter around is forced to had made facing a lifetime. But be that wasteful Continued throw away the battery of lithium-ion rechargeable battery!
In the "DEV 2014" conference, which was held last week in San Jose, California, IBM Research India has been announced about the possibility. According to them, out of the laptop battery to be discarded, 70% is still so I'm sufficiently available in other applications. The project, which promoted the institute of Smarter Energy Group and RadioStudio jointly, remove the good rechargeable battery cell of degree from among the waste battery, and only cells that can withstand use to create a new IdeaPad G570 - compatible battery. And that field test results of the idea to finish in power for the LED light bulb has been unveiled.
In order to produce a usable bulb in places where the infrastructure of the electricity not Seiwa most expensive part is the battery. However, in the present project, the object of the largest power ensure has come to be covered by waste. A new regeneration method of utilizing old ASUS K55VD notebook PC battery only did not discarded, Vikas Chandan Mr. researchers IBM Research India that was introduced in this wind. He, the supply of electricity towards the area where no stable, although some solutions to develop and reusable bulb with a combination of the solar panel and battery, after all the less expensive better approach to reuse the waste battery efficient It pointed out has to be it. Just in the United States, even taking into account the actual situation in which the computer amounting to annual 500 million units continue to be discarded, and is to effectively take advantage of the things that can be used from within the, but it makes sense.
In addition, finished playing ASUS N75SF battery, already in such stalls lined up in the streets of Bangalore, it seems to be utilized in practice as a power source for LED light bulb. Moreover, that's pace to be lit every day for four hours, lightly one year has the potential to continue to use and is Toka I are good evaluation. While reusable, because it has a power unexpectedly seems to proceed smoothly addition to the development of LED bulbs next generation model of increased brightness.
By the way, IBM If ride this project is on track, while promoting the recycling of waste laptop battery going discarded, seems have been announced a policy to continue to donate to the developing countries. In which Japan, I might be the flow of the PC battery collection and recycling is gradually fixed by these applications ....
Any adapter and cable for charging the same?
The charging of the battery, it's basic is to use the AC adapter and USB cable. There are many commercially available in addition to the genuine products, but it is not may use any.
AC adapter voltage terminal needs, need to be able to supply current. Only reason that because the connector of shape is connected the same, to use an AC adapter other than the one that comes with the product, it might be possible, it is not recommended from the point of view of trouble prevention. It's safer is to use accessories or genuine. Cables to be used for charging even when a large resistance value, it may not be possible to supply a voltage or current required by the battery for ASUS M70SA - compatible.
In the editing unit to try, in case you are connected by USB cable and when you connect with accessories USB cable not supplied, I tried to experiment whether the difference in current is generated (Figure 1). As a result, the current value is about 0.2A, was small it is a USB cable of non-accessory. If you feel the charge of the battery is slow, it is advisable to see if may be checked using the appropriate AC adapter and cable.
Alienware M11x In the case of long-term unused rechargeable battery or AC adapter is firmly plugged into the connector on the computer back or side, please confirm that you are not missing power cord.
In addition, even if the AC adapter and power cord is connected, if it is to use and OA tap, there is that the power supply is unstable. Please check if you can solve by connecting the power cord to the problem of directly to a wall outlet.
Since the battery has a natural discharge even in unused condition, and allowed to stand immediately after the state and the battery purchase a long period of time, it may not be able to recognize the ASUS K75V PC battery. If it was a state of long-unused battery, remove the battery once from the computer, and then start only in the AC adapter. Please check whether the computer is charging by mounting the battery from the start is started.

Asus x205t won't power on.

I just had a similar problem with the same Asus model. It drained the battery yesterday and today wouldn't start even after charging for 15min (the middle light was on so it was charging). The light bulb light was on though even when it wasn't charging. Tried pressing the button several times. Didn't help. Tried holding it for several seconds. Didn't help. But when I hold the button for around 30sec the light bulb turned off. And then another press and it turned on as normal. So the laptop must have been hibernated/sleeping. But it did give me a heart attack, especially when I realised that I will have to take it to Currys for repair where their very unknowledgable KnowHow don't know how to fix anything (send a laptop three times and still didn't fix the problem, they only know how to install software updates).

asus k52j flashing orange battery light

If you have access to a multi-meter check that the power brick is delivering the correct DC voltage at the plug that connects to the laptop. Remove the battery from the laptop and see if the computer runs.
The two common problems are either the power brick has failed in which case it can be replaced, (check ebay), or the battery has failed, same fix can be used.

i cant turn on my ASUS K42F. but the light with the bulb symbol is on. and when i put the charger in, the battery light doesnt turn on. wads happening?

Im very sorry to hear that, please follow these simple steps for you to be able to isolate the exact problem.

1. Removed the battery.
2. Connect the laptop directly to the power outlet without using the battery just for the meantime.
3. Turn on the laptop. If the laptop is able to power on, that means that the AC adapter is working fine as well as the DC port. If the laptop is not able to turn on, it maybe the AC adapter itself or the DC port.
4. Try to use another AC adapter if possible, make sure that that AC adapter is working fine. If the laptop is still not turning on, the problem is with the DC port itself. In that case, you will need to replaced the Motherboard itself.

Hope this will help...Thank you for using Fixya...

Asus V6J reset cmos button please

The computer should show you a key to hit to enter the setup. Nomally the keys may be F2, F10, DEL, or some other key.
If your computer does not even give you any display, then you can't enter setup--it's failing the POST which means it won't work at all.
In a laptop, you could take it apart far enough to find the CMOS battery and disconnect it to reset the CMOS, but I'm thinking you might have a hardware problem here--like maybe a motherboard.
One thing you can do is unplug it, remove the battery, then reinstall the battery, plug it in and try again. In a laptop, anything further will require dissembling the case.
