When putting SD Card in Casio 300TV data slot to format it, it shows 'err format'. How to solve the problem?

This nearly always happens because an SD card is used that is FAR too BIG for the unit. 1 GB or LESS it says in the manual.

G Supported Memory Cards:
SD memory cards, optional CASIO song data cards*
G Supported SD Cards:
1 GB or less (Cards with capacity greater than 1 GB are
not supported.)

G Maximum Number of Importable Songs: Up to 1,000
• The actual number of songs that can be imported
depends on the size of each file. The actual number will
be less than 1,000 when individual song files are large.
G Supported Data:
SMF Format 0, CASIO Original Format CM2

Manual at the page 54 (E52).

What is the piston to bore clearance on a 1984 Harley soft tail with wiseco pistons?

Usually the minimum clearance is listed on the outside of the Wiseco box. You can always call them, they are very good about helping folks.
I will say don't use the stock Harley clearance as a guide, the Wiesco's are forged so need greater clearance and would seize at the stock clearance, Frank

need to upgrade graphics card for dell latitude D800.Also need a bigger hard drive 200 GB or more.Have only 40 GB now with Windows Vista taking up most of it!

In this laptop the video card is a special format one, it can't be replaced with any other one because no other one in the same format was ever made. But you can always put a larger hard disk - as large as you want and you can afford to buy. Just make sure it's a PATA one - like this one.

printer won't print

Yes, these machines are designed to only function if all inks are present and meet minimum requirements. Not doing so could result in damage to the print head. The large black ink, the 5, is also a pigment based ink and highly prone to clogging. Letting this machine sit for extended periods of time unused can also cause damage, possibly irreparable, to the print head. We typically recommend people using these style machines always keep a back up set of cartridges on hand to avoid issues.
