Dyson Cool fans and Hot + Cool heaters - Replacing the remote battery (Screw type)

If your Dyson AM05 Hot + Cool heater displays an E5 error code, you should be able to reset this without difficulty. Just turn off the machine using either the remote or the control on the base, then unplug it for at least 30 seconds. Once you've done this, plug it back in and re-test. The issue should be resolved.
