Samsung SGH-J600 cellular phone problems

My samsung sghj600 freezed and is not responding to any command yet since last few months before. What shall I do? One day I seen my mobile screen showing me all menus are question marks. At that time I was shutt down my device and pick off the battery. After sometimes I has pushed the switch button. But can't open yet; it has been freezed to till.

analog board can cause that symptom especially if the pic is freezing .

Samsung Tocco touch screen freezes

i've got the same problem with you. my phone wont respond to my commands everytime i charge my phone. sometimes it responds but would respond very slowly as if the interface is lagging. every now and then the phone would freeze and wont respond and wont turn off and only way to turn it off is by removing the battery. anyone else having similar problem? how to fix this?
