there are many Variations of Universal Remotes that will work with this system. and they Vary in price range from $5 - $100 dollars.. My suggestion(and Preference) is the Sony LM-V301 its reasonably priced and Available at any Department store and works Excellent with all Koss Products

Sorry, this is all I could find - keep an eye out on EBay, maybe one will turn up. You might be better served by trying to find a universal remote that will work with this model.

Try cleaning on the inside panel.

Well, I had the same problem, so I open the control and clean with a little alcohol or acetone the panel inside. Now I got my Koss control working 100%
