To restore the Set Up E-mail link on the Home screen, select Start, Accessories, Restore Set Up E-mail Plugin. Select one of the following: AOL | AIM Mail: To set up your device to receive e-mail from your AOL® / AIM® account. Read the Terms of Use. Select Accept. Type your screen name and password. NOTE: To scroll between the screen name and password fields, press the Navigation key left or right, not up or down. Select Next. Select Finish. Windows Live: To set up your device to receive e-mail from your Windows Live?, Hotmail®, or MSN® e-mail account. Select Sign in to Windows Live. Read the Terms of Use. Select Accept. Type your e-mail address and password. NOTE: To scroll between the username and password fields, press the Navigation key left or right, not up or down. Select Next. Select the Windows Live services to display on the Home screen. Select Next. Select what you want to synchronize. Select Next. When synchronization is complete, select Done. Yahoo! Mail: To set up your device to receive e-mail from your Yahoo!® Mail account. Read the Terms of Use. Select I Agree. Type your Yahoo! ID and password. NOTE: To scroll between the username and password fields, press the Navigation key left or right, not up or down. Select Next. Select Finish. Outlook E-mail: To set up your device to receive e-mail from your Microsoft Outlook® account. Select set up your device to sync with it. Type the server address. Select Next. Type your username, password, and domain. NOTE: To scroll between the fields, press the Navigation key left or right, not up or down. Select Next. Select the data you want to synchronize (Contacts, Calendar, E-mail, and Tasks). Select Finish. NOTE: E-mail deleted from your Outlook e-mail account using your device is also deleted from your Inbox on the Exchange Server. To locate deleted messages, view the Deleted Items folder in Outlook on your computer. Other E-mail: To set up your device to receive e-mail from other accounts, such as Comcast. Type your e-mail address and password. NOTE: To scroll between the username and password fields, press the Navigation key left or right, not up or down. Select Next. Type the incoming and outgoing servers, if necessary. Select Next. Select the server type. Select Menu. Select Done. Select Finish.

Not able to setup Gmail A/c on my windows based Samsun Omnia Pro B7320. Please advice step by step process to follow. Also provide Server and necessary IP Details

Samsung Omnia Pro B7320 use Windows Mobile 6.1 . The WM 6.1 accept only application (.cab) , there's no application developed by google to use gmail as a application .

But I will give you how to Set Up Push Gmail on your Windows Mobile Phone :
To add a Gmail account to your WM and push notification :

  1. Launch ActiveSync on Windows Mobile device (under Start or Start '`programs.)
  2. Tap set up your device to sync with it
  3. Enter "m.google.com" under server adress
  4. Make sure this server requires an encrypted (SSL) connection is cheked.
  5. Tap Next.
  6. Type your full Gmail adress under user name:
  7. Type your password under Password:
  8. Enter "google" under Domain:
  9. Choose Next
  10. Make sure E-mail i checked.
  11. You can also check contacts and calendar to sync your address book and calendar with your Gmail contas and Google Calendar respectively. Make sure you have backed up your existing Windows Mobile contacts and calendar.
  12. Tap Finish.
  13. Select Sync.

can not access yahoo mail and messanger in my phone

I hope this helps. This is for a MyTouch running android however I would think it will give you some ideas. This was taken from http://forum.xda-developers.com

1. From the Home screen, tap the Application tab.
2. Tap Email.
3. Tap Next.
4. Enter the e-mail address and password.
5. Tap Manual Setup.
6. Tap OK when the 'Free Yahoo! Mail accounts only work over T-Mobile wireless networks. Yahoo! Mail Plus users should configure POP settings manually.' message appears.
7. Tap IMAP account.

* Port: 143 (by default)
