Odd. Try this:
Connect the drive, don't bother formatting.
Right click on My Computer (or just Computer from the Start Menu) and select manage.
Click on Storage, Disk Management.
Look for the WD drive
Right click on any existing partitions/volumes on that drive and delete them.
Right click again and select Create partition (something like that, I don't have a drive to play with in front of me).
Accept all the defaults but don't select quick format. Let it do a full format!
If, after all that, you still get that error, it might be the drive failing and you'll want to contact WD for a replacement if it's under warranty. If not, you can get another 250+G drive and swap it out yourself. :)
You need to enter the e-mail that you registered your phone. If you had not registered your phone with an e-mail it would not ask for one and only you know the e-mail you registered with.
Now you need to enter your security code. It's no special code, it is the code you set the phone up with.
That's it, enter them two things and you are up and running again. You don't need to go to any site or pay any extra money. Just enter the two things the phone is asking for.
Now if you don't remember those then you need to just contact the manufacture and they can assist in an over-ride. No one else can do this and the reason being is that if someone stole your phone and came on here for an over-ride to your security settings and it was handed out like nothing then you would never see your phone again.
Are you asking if you can illegally download videos for free from a pay site? The answer to that is no.
If you're asking if you can pay to download certain videos instead of paying the monthly fee... then that is something you would have to email that site's administrator about.
