LCD monitor symptoms
1. Have power, no screen light display ( CPU 100% working good ).
2. Dim screen light and black screen display.

Solution
a.Open back cover of LCD and then replace the board of fluorescent lamb that's parts defective need to replacement. if that board of fluorescent of your LCD or laptop. no parts available or no replacement parts for that.(other know LCD monitor disposable can't repair because it's very hard to find parts or replacement parts device)
Please see sample picture.

b. Replacement parts.
Cold cathode fluorescent lamp device is use for motorcycle light accessories and desktop PC accessories. it's very easy to find anywhere motorcycle accessories store, hardware store etc. also very low price.
Please see picture below.

This parts, I already use 5 years ago for replacement of LCD fluorescent lamp board(PCB). up to now 100% working good.

Why does screen go black after a few seconds

Hope this helps.... Your monitor has an inverter issue. You know it's an inverter problem when:
1. Your monitor starts normally and displays the startup/desktop screen for a while.
2. Then it suddenly goes off, leaving a blank (black) screen or a very dim display.

HPw19 monitor

If you are using a laptop, you might have pressed the button to switch from LCD to external display. The key combination depends on your laptop model, but it is usually Fn+F4 or some other function key. Look for a function key that also has an icon looking something like an external monitor.

Try pressing function and that key a couple times to see what happens.
