Trying to find out the year model by the vin
on the steering stem is where the vin number is and to find the year its the 10th digit will be a number because its a fairly new model and that digit will tell you what year it is

their are a couple of things that you need to check..first unplug the coil and see if you have battery voltage to the wires pos/neg you should have the key on and get 12v to the wires.. if you do have batt voltage there its probally the coil. to do a test on the coil take it off the bike and take each lead from the multi meter to each post and you should get .2-10ohms for it to be good if not then its the coil

You will have to run the atv and drain the oil when warm a couple of times use cheap mineral oil to do this. do not ride it as the petrol will have broken down the oil protection.When drained twice with fresh oil ,use good oil the third time.How is the atv not working properly,is the air cleaner clean and fresh spark plug fitted.

First check tank breather is not blocked and fuel is on allso kill switch is off, then give it a good try.
Remove the spark plug quickly ,If dry no petrol getting to cylinder ,strip clean carb,and put spark plug end onto cylinder head hold with plyers and try to start if no spark ,check condition of your battery and all earth connections.if still no luck call back.

As it is a atv i expect the brake is binding try removing the brake calliper and checking the brake piston for rust or dirt,gently clean with brass brush dont damage the rubber seal though .
Allso try removing the calliper before leaving atv if it sticks with calliper removed may be dodgy bearing in hub.

in the bottom of your carburator there shoud be a little plastics pieceand usualy it gets in the way of the float i take them out of carburtors all the time and usually it block the float so it floods out the motor i just found a picture on google of something like it. try taking that out and put ur carb back together like thate
