Maybe it is out of power an needs a charge? Also, if there is alot of pet hair, dust, and human hair, it could have gotten some in the axels in the blades causing it to spin slower, and could short circut the whole battery if you keep using it with the dust in it. I suggest taking all of the blades and axels and stuff off the main body of the helicopter and take all of the excess dirt and dust off. I hope this helped :)

Use only alkaline batteries, rechargeable batteries do not have sufficient voltage to fully charge the heli.
