Could be something hitting fan blade check to see if fan blade is clear. should be located bottom back of fridge or could be one in freezer behind plate.

Check to see if you accidentally reset the cold setting when jamming stuff in the freezer. Check to see if the seal around your refrigerator is pliable and sealing correctly. Vacuum and dust the condenser coil to clean the coils periodically since that is a VERY common problem. A brush works good for that and you usually find the condenser coil under or near the back of the refrigerator. Check to see if any ice is on any outside lines which would indicate a freon leak. Suspect the circulating fan if the first don't work. A thermostat can also go bad.

At a guess, I'd say the air channel between the freezer and refrigerator section is iced over. The easiest way to fix this is to switch off the unit, and leave it to defrost overnight. If the condition persists after this please repost your issue.

Cool enough? You know most wine and beer only like it about 50 degrees and not any cooler. If it up at 55 and you have set it lower then the room is probably warmer then it can handle to cool them. I have some in the garage but in July and August the struggle to stay any cooler then 55 but then they are not expensive units either. Danby is cheap brand too. Nothing they make is that great.

Check condenser is clear and clean, and fan working. If all else as should be, suspect becoming short of refrigerant

I can't be sure but the most likely culprit is the thermostat. They aren't usually hard to change or expensive, start with that. Are the door seals ok, is it closing properly and is it ventilated satisfactorily?
