Go to the room where your phone system is. DO NOT UNPLUG ANYTHING. At the bottom of your processor (should say ACS Processor) there is a small gray door with a black latch. Pull this out, and replace the two AAA batteries, and the message will self clear. Again, DO NOT POWER OFF THE SYSTEM OR REMOVE ANY CARDS.

You will have to call your service provider, they will have to do that for you.

You cannot. Once you hang up from that session the messages are deleted.

You can use a regular 4pin cable to connect the module to the phone.

I would check the called extensions ringing pattern and see if it is set to delayed or no ring.
