I have a cuisinart ss15 coffeemaker. The clean light came on and I have cleaned it 4 times but light is still on. How do I get clean light to shut off?

Follow the instructions in the manual for descaling. Press the 6oz and 8oz button together for two seconds. This will dispense a cup of water(since you have already cleaned) . The clean light will flash....when the cup is done the light will go out.

My cuisinart em-200 doesn't turn on, when i connect the espresso maker there's no lights, no sound, nothing happens

Mine is doing the same thing. When I unplug it and let it sit for a while, then plug it back in, it sometimes will turn back on. But then I try to use it, and it doesn’t make a single cup. A little coffee, some steam, and then it turns off again. And it’s only a yesr old. It seems to be garbage.

Have cuisinart ss10 coffee maker I have descaled with 2 gallons of white vinegar and the descale light won’t go out. How do I get it cleaned ?

I recently had the problem of the dreaded "de-scale" message coming up on my coffee maker. After descaling my coffee maker 3 times, the "de-scale" message wouldn't go away. I called the Customer Service number and was told to unplug the coffee maker for an hour and that should re-set the machine. I did that and still the de-scale message remained. Another phone call and another customer service representative and I was told to hold down the Hot Water and Rinse buttons together. I placed a large mug and hit the buttons. There was a good bit of water that came through but IT WORKED! The coffee maker is as clean as can be and working very well. I suggested to the Customer Service Representative that Cuisinart should include this in the instruction and troubleshooting section. But I doubt that will happen. Sad that the web site info is not updated. Wanted to share my experience so it might help others frustrated by this issue.

Cuisinart brew with single serve turn off beeping

Your coffeemaker features a Ready Tone that beeps 5 times when coffee is finished brewing. To turn this alert off, press Tone button; an icon will appear in display to indicate tone is off. To turn tone back on, press Tone button again; icon will disappear.

Single serve flashes but does not brew

We did as Dennis stated above and took the side off of the unit where we found it had an air lock.
Taking apart the tubes and blowing through them released the air lock and our single served Cooks is up and running again.
