Terry, look at my other answers about this, could it be another post by you? Digital and anologue tail servos need selecting on your gyro ;)

have you got a digital or analogue servo in the tail. You have to select what type you are using on the gyro. If you use an analogue one and switch the gyro to digital, that will fry the servo for sure, iv'e burnt a hole in a servo case before. ( slap own face )

Same thing happen to mine. What it is its a little plastic gear that fell off on the inside which spins the blades. Let me guess you only have one blade which spins and not the other, so you though maybe its the battery. Its not its a small gear I still trying to find it, what a P.O.S toy.

Go to Shapeways dot com and search for Maisto parts. Some 3D printed replacements.

Below is an example of a warranty for a Cobra RC toy. You would have to try googling the maker of your RC toy and include the word warranty.

The track worked great for the first month and my son loved it. Then one controller went bad and wouldn't supply any power to the track when the trick was pressed. Then other sections of the track started loosing power for some reason. This makes the entire track completely un-usable as the cars can get enough power to go around the loop.. All the railing constantly fall off and you have to re-attach it. This is very cheap quality and I am disappointed.
