How do I charge my scooter I have lost my instructions

Look in your manual if you lost it then, go to razor.com and request one. But the simple answer is to:
1. Turn off the scooter
2. Plug charger into wall outlet.
3. Find the hole on the side that matches the charger plug(not the wall outlet plug) .
4. Plug the charger into the scooter.
5. Wait until the charger turn off ( if the charger is a smart charger), typical charging time is 4-6hours.

*If not a smart charger you can calculate the charge time by using an online battery charging time calculator.

The scooter wont start

Take it back and get an exchange one. Or, manualy check fuse, check wires conected to throtle and motor. If it all looks ok then its most certainly a wiring fault

I have two electric razor

Thank you for choosing FixYa, I will be helping you today :)
When using an electric scooter, it's always important to know that you must advance on the scooter manually, and during this action, only then can you turn the throttle. The engine on an electric scooter is not powerful enough to move a person by itself.
Hope this helps, thank you :)

When fully charged the scooter only lasts ten to

This is sadly not unusual for these things after some time of use. Depending on the quality of the product (battery, engine, etc). The battery often gets reduced over time, and eventually needs to be changed. I have no knowledge of this exact product, so it could also be a great quality, but faulty battery. In either case you would have to by a new battery.

Another possibility is heavy spinning wheels. Too much resistance quickly depletes the battery. Easy to check out by turning the front wheel, but the rear wheel is harder examined as it is connected to the engine. If you are unsure, you could remove the chain.

I own a Razor E100

If you mean it flicks straight over from charging to charged then this is classic signs the E100 battery is dead & needs replacing.

I have an e100 that

If thats the voltage from the 2 batteries joined together then the voltage is far too low to run an E100, sounds like one of the cells has died, must have a 24v combined output.
