What type of voicemail system?

Either no power from the electrical outlet, or the power supply in the phone system is damaged. Sometimes there is a fuse in the phone system that can be replaced. You probably don't have to replace the entine system. Also, you may be able to simply unplug, then plug the AC power back in. Then wait a few minutes for the system to load back up.

Changing the time on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11. At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00"
next press the left hand intercom twice
the display should say system programming
enter in "#103"
the display should say system time and the current programmed time
enter the new time in 24 hour format
press feature "00" to logout

Sounds like theres a posibility that the voice mail crashed. Can you access your personal mailbox? Also there are lights on the front of the voice mail card are any of them lit? Lastly, Is the date and time on the system correct or is it back to Jan. 1?

1) Press CONF, then using the dialpad press either 1, 2, 3 or 4 to indicate which line you want to adjust.
2) Press one of the VOLUME buttons to increase or decrease the ringer volume.

To Turn the Ringer Off
1) Press CONF
2) Use the dialpad, press 1, 2, 3, or 4 to indicate which line you want to adjust
3) Press the down VOLUME until you no longer hear a tone.

The button that mutes the speakerphone is the mic/HFAI key located above your speaker button. The mic mute feature works while using the speaker, when the phone is idle it works as the handsfree answerback intercom.

have you tried removing the battery and letting it sit unplugged for 10 minutes

Log into the voice mail as system administrator and reset it.

The administrator's procedure would depend on which voice mail system you have, but it should start with 770 99 xxxx.

I just looked through the administration and programming manuals and it cannot be done.

you can simply type the number in as if you are making a call. then click options and save. then go from there.

I played around with the prompts on my phone until I hit the right one. Thanks anyway!
