you may not be able to get to the VM. You may have to reset the system and start over if the PW is not avaialble. I cannot find a way to reset only the VM password and retain the VM. You may want to contact NEC directly in case they have a way that isnt in the manual. The manual seem to indicate you need to reset the entire system. try speaker 45, or 43 then 200. you need the voicemail pilot number which is usually 200 but could be anything. try the code at a phone the works and the display should show you the pilot number, then do speaker 45 or 43 plus pilot number and hangup

You need to do it from an admin mailbox and should call an NEC vendor to help if your not sure what it is. When in admin mailbox press MGR then INSTRU then 001 mailbox is day and 002 mailbox is night

Remove that line from your phone. If the line is on your phone, it will blink according to its activity. If it's an outside type line, the system programmer must do this. If its a speed-dial key, just write over it and it'll b gone.

Do u mean change what is assigned on the buttons? The vendor can do this, unless u have an in-house IT guy who has access to the system programming.

Program 4-18 in system programming is where this is done. The IPK II uses the same cabinet so if you have that system this wont work.
