My voicemail keeps calling into my line
The PBX administrator has a setting marked in the voicemail properties under your extension number that needs to be changed. Try to dial 0000 next time it calls you.
Voice Mail
It depends on what type of phone system your terminal is running on. On a NEC 2400 IPX and SV8500 for example it's ASYD sys 1 index 140. A 2000 & key system is different.

You can use it with just about an VoIP system that you may currently be running. Some features will probably not be able to use but yes it needs to have a PBX/ Server.
How do i forward a call to a cell phone?
I believe your landline carrier just needs to have the capability of call forwarding (ie we utilize Verizon for our business). We also use the call forward feature by: picking up line, (hear dial tone) dial *72 [ then phone number you want calls to forward to, even a cell]. To discontinue: pick up line (hear dial tone) dial *73
Divert lines or calls to another number on nec zen master digital
Xen divert calls: call comes in line 1, Xen picks up line 2 diversion number and transfers the call.
If your Xen lines are in Line Hunt, you only need to divert the line with the main number
on it (not any of the others) and all calls will be diverted.
If your lines have been programmed to ring directly on the reception/main phone, you may
only need to divert the main handset and all will be good.
*If you have direct access to the PSTN lines via the key appearances
you can then use the Telstra call forward code *21 xxxxxxxxx #
or if you want to forward offsite via the
phone system, you either need to DIL the call in "Night Mode"
function to the main ext and then use Feature 60, 0, *number* then Feature.
Hope it helps.
